Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My son Ioan was diagnosed with severe autism a few weeks after his 3rd birthday. Since this time, Sparkle have been there to help our family through the hard times, and continuously provide superb support for disabilitied children and their families in Gwent.

They all work very hard, from the volunteers through to the centre manager, in order to help my son live a life that is happy, fulfilled and adventurous.

I am giving up 5 of my favourite foods, for 5 months. It will certainly not be an easy challenge, but I wanted to do something different!! It starts 1st May...

4. Pizza
5. Crisps
