I am attempting the Great North Run this year in aid of the Scleoderma Society. As many of you know, my Father died from Scleroderma when I was young. I am really keen to support the work of the charity which aims to raise awareness, support sufferers and to fund research.
I am aware that many of you were very generous in supporting me last year, and I can only apologise for the Labradoodle related incident that stopped me from running! I will accept all mockery if you can once again dig deep and support a great cause!
Please consult the Scleroderma Society's website for more information about the disease and the work of the charity. www.sclerodermasociety.co.uk
Thanks for your support.
