So about this trip... well our aim is to be the first British expedition to climb the ice mountain, Mount Foster, on Smith Island which is through the Southern Ocean in Antarctica, in memory of a previous attempt. Oh, and we thought we'd sail there...

My small part in this great adventure is to sail the 'easy sunny leg' (it had better be!), from the Caribbean through to Lima in Peru, obviously bearing up under the hardship along the way (bikinis packed ).
