The Mouth Cancer Foundation raises awareness of mouth, throat and other head & neck cancers as well as provides support to patients, carers and health professionals. Its website has patient experiences, provides links to relevant sections of other sites, and has a unique online support group of over 1,200 members.

Hi and thanks for visiting my page.

I recently ran the Hastings Half Marathon for Mouth Cancer Foundation, it was a tough run, but I finished in 1:45:28, placing 1100 out 3704. Which I am super chuffed with!!!
