My story

I ran the Marathon, in 4:01:30 with a broken foot,  to raise awareness for those injured in Terrorism Abroad.

I was blown up back in 2006, in Dahab Egypt and the British Red Cross were the only organisation who offered any support.  Please help the British Red Cross to continue to support those in need.

For more information please visit my site:

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: British Red Cross will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
