So many of us have lost beloved family and friends to cancer and choosing a charity was not easy. My target is a small contribution to this immense project, but it seems to me a great project, to support those currently in need of care and to push ahead with the research which will surely make a difference to so many lives in the future.

I am blessed with good health, and now that I am at retirement age, I can spend my time training for my goal. I plan to get to the top of Kilimanjaro in October 2009.

Nous avons tous un proche, un ami ayant perdu un être cher des suites d'un cancer, et il y a un choix d'euvres caritatives à qui on peux faire un don.

Mon projet n'est qu'une petite contribution (mais qui est pour moi un grand projet) au soutien des personnes malades et au programme de lutte contre le cancer, qui permet chaque jour de sauver davantage de vies. Je financerai moi-même mon voyage et votre don ira directement à l'association.

J'ai la chance d'être en bonne santé, et arrivant à la retraite, je peux passer du temps à m'entrainer pour atteindre mon objectif : l'ascension du Kilimandjaro en octobre 2009.
