Pah, I hear you cry, but you cycle to work, this is going to be easy for you. Wrong!!! This is not my nice stint along smooth, flat roads- has hills. LOTS of them. Big ones! And for those –like myself- who are unfamiliar with distances 125 miles is.. a loooooooong way! It’s going to be tough: 6-8 hrs of cycling a day, with the accompanying aching limbs, saddle sores and pudding deprivation. In other words I’m going to be spending 3 days in agony, and now surely that alone is worth a few bob?!
