I ran the Great South Run for the Samson Centre in 2006 and I thought I was mad then, but the madness has taken me over again! However, I promise that this is definitely the last time!!
Multiple Sclerosis is a heartless disease which attacks at random and has a profound effect on not only the sufferer but also his or her family.
For me, the cause has a face in John Hambly, and his wife Marion, whose monumental efforts despite the conditions they face daily are truly humbling. They and the rest of the users of the Samson Centre deserve all the help they can get, so please dig deep and sponsor me online.
