My story

I have been aiming to run a half-marathon for a while now but injury keeps pushing the event back. I am still training and the new date is set for September 20th 2009 - The Angelsey Half Marathon.

I'm running for Asthma UK,  the charity that is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of over 5 million people in the UK who have asthma.
