Well everyone... what have I done this time!! In November, I will be cycling 420km across Kenya in aid of the International Childcare Trust. This is to help kids in the shanty towns of Kenya where HIV and AIDS are more common than you could ever imagine. To do this I must raise £3000 which is itself a challenge but nowhere near the challenge of the hills and mountains I will face in Kenya. I'm therefore appealing to your generosity to sacrifice just a few of those pints you will have at the pub this weekend to help the kids that really need it.
