As some of you may know my 19 year old nephew took his own life recently.

He was a keen sportsman and talented footballer, he had trials at Preston Northe End, Tranmere and his beloved Man United. He was very committed to helping young people enjoy and achieve through sports, helping his father David Sherran coach from an early age and going on to coach boys football teams himself.

Close family and friends are contributing to his young son's trust fund but I felt donations to to Sport4life ,which has such great aims and objectives, would be a wonderful legacy for him.
