Hi! I'm Sarah, 22 years old, and I suffer from depression and anxiety. I started up a blog a little while ago about my mental health experiences, but I knew I wanted to take it a step further and do something amazing to fund-raise for an amazing mental health charity called Mind.

In May I will be going to Norwich to complete a tandem skydive from 10,000 feet in the air. My two biggest fears are heights and planes.

Why am I doing this?

Because mental health needs so much more support than it is currently getting. I've been on the receiving end of 6-month waiting lists for therapy sessions, and have managed to find only one self-help group to attend within my county. MORE NEEDS TO BE DONE.
