£50 million must be raised in the next 5 years otherwise we face the possibility of a future without Canterbury Cathedral.
Extensive and costly work is needed to conserve the stonemasonry, stained glass windows and lead roof. In addition major development projects are required to take the Cathedral into the 21st century.
