My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Last year my wife told me of Ivan Hollingsworth, who she had met the previous year. One mans efforts to help a give back, through CHUF, to the specialist heart unit that saved his sons life. After speaking to him, being inspired by him and imagining myself in his position I very quickly bought my first ever bike, got in shape and agreed to cycle the C2C route with them on there mad trek.
Visiting the Freeman hospital where Ivan's son was treated, I saw first hand the equipment CHUF has helped buy and what difference it makes in peoples lives.
So now we put ourselves through these endurance events and pain in the hope we can help the specialist have the equipment they need.
So please support us on our treks across the country and donate now.

CHUF'S aim is to raise money to buy equipment, facilities, aftercare and research for the Children's Heart Unit and the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Freeman Hospital.
