My story
Update 22nd August 2011
We have changed from the Great North Run to the Great South Run due to more time being made for fundraising.
It is very tough times at the moment so we want to make sure that we raise enough money for this great charity.
If you have, thank you, if you have not then please donate as much as you can.

Another 10 miles achieved around Salcey Forest, which was a great achievement by Gemma as this was her longest run to date!! Only another 3 miles and you've cracked it :)

Just over 10 miles achieved in training at the weekend, it was a tough session but needs to be done!!

Training is in full swing, mainly at the gym at the moment for all of us due to the cold weather and the risk of getting injures.
The boredom of the treadmill isn’t pleasant so we are all looking forward to the lighter nights and especially when it’s a little warmer!
We will keep you updated on the progress!
