Yes, people. It is that time of year. I have dusted off my trainers, and will be pounding the streets again.
I will be running the Men's 10K in Belahouston Park on the 21st June 2009 in aid of the Beatson Oncology Centre in Glasgow. You remember. They were the lovely people that have done so much for me in the last wee while. And continue to ensure that I am able to hound other good people like yourselves into parting with your cash !
It cannot be overstated the good work these people do, and for that reason I ask you to dig deep again, and sponsor my running efforts. And I promise that I will do everything I can to get round the course in under that magic hour.
