As you probably know, Scott and Rikky work at the Co-operative.  The Co-operative's Charity of the Year is the Royal National Institute for the Deaf (RNID).

Back in April we decided to enter the Loch Ness Marathon in order to raise money for charity, whilst trying to get fit at the same time!  The road has been long, tough and sore, but will hopefully be worth it come October 4th with your help!
