Together with other business leaders across Leicestershire and Rutland, I am taking part in The Thomas May Executive Quest 2011, which is a charity challenge raising funds for LOROS and PROSTaid, two very deserving local charities.
Commonly known as The Three Peaks Challenge, I am attempting to climb the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) all within 24 hours!!
In total the distance walked will be around 25 miles and the height climbed around 10,000 feet.
I am planning to start my challenge on 6 August 2011, so I have hopefully given myself enough time to get some serious training in at the gym!
All funds raised will be split equally between the two charities, so please dig deep to help me reach my goal.
