Basically I am going to Tanzania this June to climb the highest mountain in Africa, Kilimanjaro. Yes I know what you are thinking, FOOL! But bare a thought for this fool putting his life on the line as he is doing this for charity!

Kilimanjaro is a MONSTER of a mountain! its the biggest free-standing mountain in the WORLD, stretching a massive 4 miles into the bright blue skies. Temperatures can range from 20 degrees all the way down to -20!  Hopefully you are now thinking how daunting a task this is going to be and you are correct, which is why I believe your sponsorship will not only be appreciated but also well deserved.

The charity I am raising money for is called Childreach and they will focus on developing the poor regions of Africa. Childreach build schools, homes, orphanages, provide water and educate those children born into poverty. During my time in Africa I will be visiting such projects and volunteering myself in the development, ensuring your donations are MONEY WELL SPENT!


I realise money is hard to come by at the moment for everyone but just think how much harder it is for the children in Africa. I leave on the 23rd of June so please reach into your pockets and give a donation, every little helps remember!
