Story
I'm running the Yorkshire Marathon because I loved running at school and wanted a new fitness goal having lost 4.5 stone over the last couple of years. When you can run comfortably it's really like going for a nice long walk!
I've had many profound experiences running the UK's beautiful coastline and countryside during the near 500 miles of training this summer. I wasn't a big fan of running when I first started training but knew pushing through the monotony would benefit me in so many ways. I highly recommend the experience, particularly if you think you absolutely can't do it...
