I am doing a GO APE event in the aid of The STROKE Association on the 12 September 2010, which involves a 2-3 hour tree top obstacle course.

This is a worthy charity which is always looking to find ways to help people who have had a stroke.

This charity is very close to our hearts, as just recently a friend and work colleague of my wife has suffered multiple strokes and is only 35 years young and has 3 kids, with the youngest one being just 11 months old.
