The organisers of this years London Marathon have specifically requested that I, Shane Dempsey, become the substitute athlete for Paula Radcliffe.  Unfortunately, Paula has broken her toe so I hope to beat the current Women's world record time of 10 hours - I wish!!!

No really, surely it's worth a few quid just to see the dodgy photo of me in excruciating pain, trying to put one foot in front of the other after the 10 miles mark.
