Thank you for visiting this fundraising page.

Sharon passed away suddenly in March 2007.  She died in her sleep from Sudden Unexplained Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP).  She was 25 years old.  She is greatly missed by everyone who knew her, especially her parents and her brother Ben.

She had a great sense of fun and a big smile, she was generous and kind and loved people, animals, handbags and shoes! Sharon was a very popular girl who had many friends all over the country, which is partly why we have set up this page, as a way of keeping in touch with events.

Sharon's Memorial Fund was started to raise as much money as we can to support Epilepsy Research in the hope that one day no one will ever have to experience the tragic loss of someone so dear to them in such a devastating way. - Already people have walked and held events to raise money for Sharon's fund, and we would like to thank them for the time and effort that has been put into fundraising and for their kind donations.

June 2011 - Thank you once again to the staff of LSC for fundraising with a dress down day.  Your continued support is very much appreciated.

If anyone would like to fundraise for Sharon's Memorial Fund we would be happy to accept donations through this page.  Please contact me at lcnorman@btinternet.com and let me know what you are doing to fundraise and I shall be sure to include your event on this page.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to donate money: Epilepsy Research UK gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thank you for your kind support.
