Hi there, thankyou so much for taking the time to visit my fundraising page.

I have just joined a local slimming group and I am aiming to lose 5 stones(to begin with) and am hoping to raise lots of lovely money for Greyhound Rescue West of England(GRWE), where our gorgeous greyhound Heidi came from.

They have so many beautiful dogs in kennels waiting for loving homes and often run emergency appeals for special cases when dogs have been involved in accidents or serious cases of neglect.  Kenneling, vet fees and feeding are an ongoing cost for GRWE and any donation no matter how small would be greatly appreciated.

I will be posting monthly updates on this page to let you know how I'm getting on, but it could be a while before I reach my target, the thought of helping greyhounds like Heidi to find there forever homes is the incentive to spur me on. 

Progress to date is a weight loss of 3stones 12lbs, yippee! Still a long way to go yet though! Many thanks to Claire for being the first person to make a donation :o)
