Hello, 

I've been running for the last 7-9 years on and off until i joined my local running club Bolton United Harriers

last year however, i entered the world of triathlon....

i changed my diet, got out on my bike and increased my swimming

june of last year i did my first triathlon in southport. 

this went well and i carried on with the training

over the course of the summer, i lost over a stone in weight and beat all my existing PB's in every race i entered

being an ironman spectator to support a group of friends in various races over the last few years, i decided, this was the year i was having a go

i am raising money for Children Today, a charity who provide equipment for poorly and terminally ill children whose circumstances would not normally allow access to such equipment

the training is going well now after a few setbacks.....
