Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As you will be aware I have organised a Reunion for our year to take place at the (new) Pavilion in Peterlee on Saturday 25th September 2010.
Entry to this event is £5 per person and includes a disco & light refreshments (hot dogs just like our school disco's). All funds raised from this event will be donated to the Clarke Lister Brain Haemorrhage Foundation (for those who don't know Clarke was my brother who died in 1996 at just 10 years old from a Subarachnoid Aneurysm/Brain Haemorrhage). The charity supports many people every year; whether they have survived a brain haemorrhage, whether they are family/carers of survivors or even if they are bereaved families.
If you are donating through this site it is very simple (3 steps):
* make your donation of £5 per person, then
* don't forget to tick the gift aid box (even if you are not working now, as long as you have worked and paid tax at some
point in your life, the charity will received a further 28p for every £1 you donate), then
* email me your name, address and telephone number to clarkelisterappeal@btconnect.com along with your reference
which will be emailed to you via justgiving, then I will contact you regarding this donation,
* AND thats it!!! :)
The Clarke Lister Brain Haemorrhage Foundation would like to thank you in advance for your support, we are constantly in need of volunteers for our Thursday Club, so please feel free to call (0191) 5869239 if you woud like to volunteer and can spare 4 hours per week. Or if you would like to support the charity in ANY other way then please contact them on the above number.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN, Michelle (Lister) Cooney x
