In August 2007 I set out to raise £1000 for Cancer Research UK in memory of Jes.
On August 13th I started 'Shrinking for Jes' (www.shrinking4jes.com) and have spent the last 239 days eating carrots and exercising. On April 8th, what would have been Jes's 49th birthday I had my final weigh in. I have lost 78.5lb.
