Story

On 17th July, several of us will be cycling from St David's on the south west coast of hilly, mountainous, undulating, steep Wales, over the Brecon Beacons and Middle England to Lowestoft on the east coast of England, dodging traffic and holding up caravans whilst eating cake and wondering if Darren Gregory will actually wear trainers to his wedding next year (and if we need to save holiday for his stag do before Christmas).

If you would like to receive daily updates, please email bike@pocketinbox.com and you will be added to the listing. We aim to reply to all emails as well as send a diary note every night of our days achievements and adventures - if we haven't had any then we will happily moan or simply tell anecdotes and make stuff up.

A big thanks to Monowar Hussain, Abdul Bashir and Afsar Hamid at Mango Spice, the team have used it as their unofficial headquarters and the team their have been very supportive, please visit Mango Spice as soon as you possibly can for lovely food and drink - http://www.mangospice.co.uk/

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. For every pound raised, Iain will pull a wheelie on his grandma blue Mary Poppins bike and Andy P will do a Boardman Endo clipped in.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast (unlike our cycling) and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails about Viagra or money laundering services from Central Africa. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate, if we get cash, we generally blow it on beer or curry or even guitars.

Thanks for everything,
