24 Hour Karate Challenge
And Yes it was hard! 15 of our adults completed the full 24 hour challenge, several juniors and other members completed the 12 hours and dozens of juniors trained hard for four hours and then put on a spectacular display to Sebastian's trust and the mayor.
Well done to every last one of you. You did an amazing job, showed true black belt determination and have raised loads for Sebastians Action Trust in the process.
