The sponsorship money you will help us raise goes to four worthy charities: Norwood, Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Down's Syndrome Association and Southern FM's Help a Local Child. Along with each rider we have to to try and raise at least £400 for these wonderful causes, and together all cyclists aim to raise over £300,000 to help those who need our support the most.

We are cycling with a group of friends and family, all of whom have trained regularly on Sundays and mid-week and in all weather, including snow(!), frost, rain (real rain, not just drizzle), and now the heat of the Summer.

Please help us to help those far less fortunate than we are, and put smile on their faces.

Everyone who completes the ride will be a hero. Everyone who sponsors us will be a hero by default.
