Just to let you know I will be running the Bristol 10K in May this year to raise money for SBW Advertising's charity of choice, ' Wallace & Gromit's Grand Appeal'. http://www.grandappeal.org.uk

This fantastic organisation is the fundraiser for the children's hospital in Bristol and is focused on ensuring that the enviroment the kids are treated in is as child-orientated and stess-free as possible for the patients as well as visiting parents nd relatives.

I hope you will be able to sponsor me for this run as within SBW this year we are really getting behind this charity in 2010.
