The renamed Great Scottish Walk and with very little notice, which means this is going to hurt me much more than usual as I have had no time to train (12 miles....easy!!!).
Gardening Leave is a fantastic charity helping an ever growing list of Regular and Reserve Forces people who have been overwhelmed with the shock of full on combat situations for which there can be no training to prepare oneself. The garden at Auchincruive near Ayr, has just celebrated its 2nd Birthday and needs to be seen to appreciate just how it benefits the veterans recuperation.
