The news is that I completed the Flora London Marathon in a time of 3:19:40.  As this was my first ever marathon, I guess that makes it a personal best !

Anyway, thank you so much to those of you who sponsored me and if you haven't, then it's not too late - Justgiving is very accomodating in keeping pages open for a few days after the event.
