Norwood supports and empowers neurodiverse children, their families and people with neurodevelopmental disabilities to live their best lives.

Story

Hi Guys,

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. This year I have decided to go one better and run a full marathon. I ran the Adidas Silverstone Half Marathon on Sunday 9th March 2008 and achieved a time of 1:35:40 for the 13.1 miles, but this year its just a warm up for the big one - The Flora London Marathon on Sunday 13th April 2008. I have decided to run for the charity Norwood which supports children and families with learning disabilities or coping with social difficulties who have not been us fortunate as many of us in life. Norwood supports around 10,000 families in the UK so with your help these people can lead better lives and have more hope in achieving their goals in life. Please dig deep and sponsor me online. I have a target of £1750 to raise but I am hoping to raise well over two thousand with your help, so please be generous.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Norwood will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.

Simon
