The Trust gives practical and financial support, developing skills such as confidence and motivation. It works with 14-30 year olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. Since 1976 The Prince of Wales’s charity has helped over half a million young people and continues to support 100 more every day.

| Our personal message: |
First off, thanks so much to those of you who have helped me so far - both financially and with ideas. For the rest of you, if you've made it this far than you must be considering supporting this fantastic charity, so thank you.
As you may know, I'm taking part in a physical challenge from the west to the east coast of Costa Rica in February in aid of the Prince's Trust. Rather than me bleet on about it for hours, go and take a look at the challenge in more detail and take some time to read about all the good work the Prince's Trust is doing to help young people.
Rather than write reams here I've opened up a blog, so please take a look and bookmark it as I'll be updating it regularly: simonlancaster.blogspot.com
If you are able to help and donate to the Prince's Trust, please do so through this website. It's simple, fast and totally secure. The best bit is that Prince's Trust will receive an extra 28% through the Gift Aid scheme*....what a bargain!!!
So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.
Simon
