Simon enjoyed life to the full with fun, humour as well as hard work and he also encouraged all those he interacted with to strive towards achieving their potential. He had time for everyone but he was especially keen to see his children and young people gain a wide range of experiences and to face the world with confidence.

Simon's position in the food industry enabled him to fulfill these ambitions and the Jamie Oliver Foundation, with which he worked closely, held a special place in his life for striving to help create a future in the food industry for many young people.

Many thanks for your donation, which will help further this worthy cause.
