I will be cycling from Ho Chi Minh (formerly Saigon), Vietnam to Angkor Wat, Cambodia.  The journey is approximately 450km in a humid climate reaching an excess of 30C.  Considering my current fitness this will quite an ordeal so even if you support me by bullying me to go to the gym or not letting me take a break during 5 a side on Fridays guys, this will all help!

Vaclav Havel said; 'Work for something because it is good, not just because it stands a chance to succeed.'  I am doing this for my family and friends who have been affected by cancer, especially in the last couple of years.  Most of us will be touched by cancer in some way through out our lives so please give generously and make this a success...because it is good.
