The money is going to a very worthwhile cause, i'm overwhelmed by the quantity and sizes of the contribution made. The people that came to support the runners like myself on the day made the entire event special, the atmosphere was fantastic, it literally makes a difference to the effort you put in. The well wishing messages i've received have been very encouraging and touching, it's uplifting to know how much people care. A big thankyou to each and every one of you!x

IT'S NOT TOO LATE!

Thankyou for looking at my fundraising page. I ran in the Plymouth Half Marathon on Sunday 25th May along with about 5000 others. Everyone has their passion and purpose. I work alongside a fine body of people in the British Forces, normal people who are called upon to do a some times extraordinary job. These people are always someones son or daughter, or someones father, mother, wife or husband. In the nature of our job things happen, you don't want them to, but they do! Such as lost limbs or eyesight. These people then need support from other normal people like you and I to continue to function in their families. On Sunday the 25th May I dug deep in the Plymouth Half Marathon, so please dig deep yourself and contribute to the worthwhile charity of Help for Heroes.
