Willen Hospice provides specialist care for adults from Milton Keynes and surrounding areas who have cancer or other life limiting illness. I have chosen this charity as it is very close to wife's heart. I‘m rubbish at telling her how proud I am of the tirelessly work she puts in as a community nurse so thought this would be a great way of doing it whilst also raising much need funds.

I will be taking part in the Biddenham 10k River Run which is an established run taking place on the 28th September 2008, this is a certified run under UK Athletics Rules of Competition . In addition to donations to Willen Hospital my entry fee will be donated to Sue Ryder Care - St. Johns Hospice.
