Hello!  If any of you know me at all, you'll know that, unlike those fine folk in the image on the left, the joy of running is a concept I don't believe in.  At all.

So, frankly, I'm terrified by  the idea of a 10k around central London. Add to that a dodgy knee and a severe lack of training and it's going to be rather silly come the 26th May.

So please, please dig deep to sponsor me: Breast Cancer Care is obviously a cause close to my heart and does fantastic stuff for everyone affected by breast cancer. £36 pays for a cost of a call to their free helpline; £100 trains a volunteer to provide one-to-one support. So every little helps.
