My son charlie was born on 11/08/2009 with a heart condition called 'tetralogy of fallot'.he has had 2 balloons inserted into his heart in the last 4weeks to try and increase his oxygen level.He has to undergo a 7-9hour heart operation to correct the valves,aorta and hole.we are waiting for a date for the surgery.He has to have all this done at the royal bristol children's hospital and this is also where he has been a few times in the 7weeks of his life so far.The hospital is amazing and i know my son is in the best possible care.This hospital does amazing things for the patients aswell as their family's and that is why i'm doing a SKYDIVE on may 1st 2010 in swindon.I know some of you think i'm mad but i madly love my gorgeous son and would like to try and give a little bit back to the fabulous hospital that has already done alot for my son and will be doing in the future.So if you could please sponsor me for my SKYDIVE!!! would be amazing.Thankyou everyone for everything you've done and said so far.love to you all jess xxxxxxx
UPDATE!: Charlie was so bad after i started this page that he was in the heath then bristol and couldnt come home,that had to do his surgery on oct 28th 2009 at 10weeks old instead of 1year old as he went into cardiac arrest a few times.He pulled through amazing and is home intime for christmas.He is doing well,few other little problems to sort out but hes a fighter and will get through it.I also met a few other lovely people while at bristol and their children have the same condition so this skydive is for all of them too! thanks again,please tell your family and friends aswell xxxx
