Framework - The Big Sleep Out (Nottingham) · 4 December 2009 ·

Framework is a charity delivering housing and homelessness support and health and recovery support to people with a diverse range of needs. Working to end homelessness and related disadvantage, we help people overcome homelessness, substance use challenges, mental ill-health and unemployment.

Story

TARGET INCREASED TO £500

Can you imagine spending a whole night outside in the middle of winter with only a cardboard box and a blanket for comfort, no warmth, no food, no home comforts... yes it sounds horrific!!!

So spare a thought for the brave and gallant 5 amigo's who will be battling against all the odds to survive a night outside all in aid of Framework housing association, raising awareness of homelessness in Nottingham.

Please spare a few of your hard earned pennies to support us in our sleep out on 3rd December, a change of pace from our usual tropical comforts cooped up in our ivory towers and released onto the streets of Nottingham!

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please give whatever you can spare and don't be put off by other donations. If you are willing to give £2 we will be extremely grateful. In terms of raising awareness 100 x £2 is better than 1 x £200. Having said that, if you want to give £200 nobody will stop you!!..  Thank you all.
