My story

 
During 2009 we will no longer be able to benefit from free office accommodation provided by Livability, a national charity accommodating individuals with physical disabilities. Our dream is of a new home for Nelson’s Journey in which we can further expand our work enabling us to support more of Norfolk’s bereaved children. With more space we will expand our range of bereavement services to include: Pre-bereavement work, drop-in centre, small groupwork sessions and bereavement support within schools.

Our overall fundraising target is £350,000 which can be broken down into the following phases: 

 

1. Purchase £181,500

2. Construction £77,800

3. Occupation £1,500

4. Running Costs (additional to existing costs) £10,700

5. Expansion £64,000

6. Future development £14,500

 

We are currently working to complete phase 1 which will enable us to purchase a new building.
