The Foundation`s main aim is to improve the quality of life through research. Research will be concerned with practicalities of living with spinal cord injury, but also with a committment to pushing back the scientific frontiers of spinal cord injury.
One of the initial priorities is to establish a research institute adjacent to the National Spinal Injuries centre.
