Story
@ Supa Snooker Consett, 6-10 Newmarket Street
Breaking off at pm, on Friday 29th March at 7pm, Ross Terrington and Phillip Marshall will hope to never see a snooker ball again, when then final ball is potted 3 days later on 1st April 2013.
Their aim is to play snooker continuously for 65 hours and possibly more, in the hope to break a world record that currently stands at 50 hours, achieved by Gerry Cunningham and and Gary McDonald back in March 2009.
They must abide by strict Guinness World Record guidelines, which involves only a 5 minute break for every hour played. They can however accumulate the minutes. For instance playing for 3 hours full would get them 15 minutes break time.
