Hi and thanks for visiting.

Snowdon is the highest mountain in and at 1085 metres.

There are seven recognised routes to ascend Snowdon, the challenge is to ascend and descend all seven, in one go, back to back, wearing full fire service protective clothing and carrying Breathing Apparatus weighing approximately 24lbs, in addition to any kit required to complete the task.  This is a World Record attempt!

I'm doing this for four charities, Birmingham Childrens Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Help for Heroes and the Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust.  Please see the links if you want to donate.

Great Ormond Street Hospital is world famous for the service they provide but more importantly for the immeasurable levels of care and attention their young patients and their families receive.

In September the Heart and Lung unit faced a major setback when there was a fire and subsequent explosion there.  Whilst the staff there has done everything they can to continue to provide the high levels of care they do, they need our help and support to enable them to resume their excellent work without hindrance.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSHCC) gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
