About the charity : Edinburgh Global Partnerships Edinburgh Global Partnerships
EGP was founded in 1990 by a group of students from Edinburgh University. The society was founded to encourage links between students in Scotland and communities around the world. During its 15 years EGP has grown enormously: it now has up to 80 volunteers participating in 8-10 projects across the world each year. Based at Edinburgh University, EGP is a student run charity that aims to assist in community development overseas. As a society its energies are centred around the active participation of members during projects in the summer holidays.

Hello!

This is my fundraising page for my half marathon run, I know its all a little late! The Half Marathon took place in March in Edinburgh around the Meadows, it was a good day for the run actually for it was overcast and not too hot. Having said that when crossing the line I was awfully grateful for the tasteful silver foil I got covered in! There were some fabulous costumes such as pirates, gold men, smurfs, so I felt slightly out of place in my airforce t-shirt and leggings, however I didn't envy the panda bear costume!! Anyway I hope your all having a lovely summer and enjoying wimbledon!!
