Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
My name is Sophie - Louise Andrew and I am now 13 years old. I was 10 years old when I was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour . I went through shock and horror, laughter and tears as well as chemo and radiotherapy. I was so ill and thought that if this is how I feel then please let me die.
I would like to say thankyou to Clic Sargent for all they did for my nan and I through the most awful year ever. The support, love and care Clic gave us was amazing and it made everything a little bit easier for us - especially my nan ( who has got lots more grey in her hair now thanks to me and my tumour ) - at least shes got hair!
I`m 13 now and life goes on and it`s good.
NEWSFASH !!!!!
On December 5th 2010 I tried to abseil down the Bristol Childrens Hospital to raise some more money for CLIC SARGENT. I do not like heights at all and this was a HUMONGOUS challenge for me. I got up there, leaned over the edge and decided I couldn`t do it ! I faced my fear though and i`m quite proud of myself. I raised £150.50 in sponsor money - thankyou to all who sponsored me and thankyou to all who came to Bristol to cheer me on.
So, for Clic, give generously so that they can help more children like me; a penny or a pound will make such a difference .
The Chocolate Den
The chocolate den makes personalised chocolate wrappers and gifts. A large part of the proceeds will be given to CLIC SARGENT.
We can do party wrappers, weddings, announcements - Christmas, birthday, anniversary bars and lots more. Customised paint cans; an alternative to the traditional gift basket. These are a great inexspensive gift for any occasion..
