Hi, Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I am running in the British London 10K run on 12 July.   I am supporting the Civil Service  Benevolent Fund.  You may not think so, but they help a lot of people in need, check out their website for details.

As you know, I am not the most athletic or fit person in the world and 10k is a long way!  Also I have to be up early!  So please sponsor me for my efforts.  My goal is not to come last.  For real fun you could come to the finish line to watch me suffer!
