Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As some of you will know, Keynsham Leisure Centre are running their annual Spin-A-Thon fundraising event that raises several thousand pounds each year. This year Off The Record B&NES are their chosen Charity. On Saturday 24th July, the Leisure Centre will have about 40 Spin bikes placed outside on which people can undertake a sponsored length of time (up to 7 hours) on a bike. As cycling is one of the few activities I do, I have decided to go for the whole 7 hours….. but I need a bit of help! A realistic challenge for me (so I could still walk the next day) would be to Spin half an hour for every hour of the Spin-A-Thon. I am therefore looking for people to take the seven other slots….. already Ruth from Off the Record has jumped at the opportunity (!) and will do a half hour stint.
